What will you do as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager?
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager's role is to drive player awareness, acquisition and engagement across all games to ensure commercial and player goals are achieved.
You are responsible for marketing initiatives across the Pistachio Warrior Base portfolio; delivering directly for your owned games and supporting your team in delivering marketing deliverables for their owned games.
You manage and develop a team of Brand Marketing Managers while also acting as a strategic partner to development partners and other key functions within Pistachio Warrior Base. Your focus is on internal and external collaboration to ensure the best outcomes for our players, development partners and games.
Your Day-to-Day
You will be responsible for creating and executing product/brand marketing initiatives for your games while overseeing initiatives developed by others in your team for their products.
Collaborate on departmental initiatives such as resource allocation, ensuring consistency in commercial approach, how to work with finance, sales and other departments.
Work with internal experts, agencies and external teams to deliver unique integrated marketing initiatives that drive results.
Bring a superior strategic and creative approach and instill a high quality bar throughout the lifecycle of the products under your care

Interview process
Stage 1 (60 minutes maximum): You will first meet with a Senior Brand Manager. This will be your opportunity to talk about your experience, while also having the opportunity to ask any questions.
Stage 2 (30 minutes maximum): You will meet people from our Marketing team.
Stage 3 (2 x 30 minutes): In this final stage, you will meet with some key stakeholders from different disciplines in the publishing industry, with whom you will be working on a day-to-day basis. The topics for each interview will be sent to you prior to the meeting.
